Payment
Hastings Convenient Care, PC asks that all fees be paid at the time medical services are provided. If your insurance policy has a co-pay feature, we ask that you pay the co-pay amount at the time of your office visit. We will do a credit card authorization to cover any balances left after we have heard from your insurance. You will be notified via email, if you have provided one prior to running your card.
First-time patients are required to pay all fees incurred during their initial office visit upon checking out of our clinic.
Some procedures and services may require prepayment. We will discuss this with you if it applies to your procedure.
