Many insurance policies have a co-pay feature. Please pay the co-pay at the time of your office visit.

We will file for other insurance companies; however, we do not accept their adjustments. Also every insurance policy is different and it is the Patient’s responsibility to make sure their policy is considered in-network.
Remember: Medical insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for any payment not made by your insurance company.
